The World Before / 3 Page Comic (Work-in-Progress)

Logline:

Torren (21) and Myth (21) are good at ignoring the severity of their resource-depleted home. However, when Myth disappears after a fight over their obsession with fleeing to another world, Torren is captured by Nightseeker (217)—a scientist who wants to pillage the other world’s resources. Desperate to reconcile with Myth, Torren allies with a stubborn shapeshifter and a clever librarian to escape and find Myth’s portal. Finally reunited, Torren and Myth must decide to stop running away from their problems before subduing Nightseeker, allowing them to control access to the new world and how its resources will be used to help improve their home.
